By installing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.




1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.




2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or any part of the codebase.Attempt to replicate the product, its voice model, logic, AI prompts, or architecture.Extract, mine, or inspect prompts, models, backend configurations, or workflows in an attempt to reproduce or imitate the functionality.Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.Use the Services for competitive analysis, product benchmarking, or development of a competing product or service.




3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, systems, processes, trademarks, logos, and configurations within First Contact AI and related products are owned by or licensed to Fit Phone, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that no ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the Services.




4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes.Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials.Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or breach.




5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, secure, and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the Services will be error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or functionality at any time, with or without notice.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if:

You breach these Terms. You misuse the Services. You attempt to replicate or reverse engineer the product

We reserve the right to take legal action for any infringement of our intellectual property or misuse of the Services.

Call lists you do not have permission to contact

Send spam or unsolicited calls

Use the service for harassment, fraud, or impersonation

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate the AI voice, logic, or system

Circumvent rate limits, authentication methods, or access controls

Store or transmit sensitive personal health, financial, or government-issued information

3. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with applicable call, privacy, and data regulations:
